Provide expert consultation on loan document review. Draft, review, and negotiate key real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents. Navigate complex real estate finance transactions with a meticulous approach to legal, regulatory, tax, and financial aspects. Stay ahead of evolving real estate and lending regulations to provide clients with informed, strategic advice. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize transaction structures. JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Kentucky. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or banking law.
