This firm offers flexible hybrid work arrangements; manageable Billable Hours that averages between 1200 – 1500 hours; Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary $140-$150k plus large bonus opportunity at 30% of collection once threshold is met. Provide expert consultation on loan document review. Draft, review, and negotiate key real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents. Navigate complex real estate finance transactions with a meticulous approach to legal, regulatory, tax, and financial aspects. Stay ahead of evolving real estate and lending regulations to provide clients with informed, strategic advice. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize transaction structures. Occasionally assist with additional legal matters from the firm’s diverse client base. Highlighted Requirements
JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Kentucky. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate and/or banking law. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interpret financial and transactional data. A self-motivated professional who thrives independently and collaboratively.
