Sales Associate
to support daily in-store sales and customer experience. This role focuses on customer service, product education, and store upkeep in a fast-paced retail environment. Position Overview
Sales Associates are responsible for creating a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience while assisting customers with product selection, maintaining store standards, and completing routine retail tasks. This is an hourly, non-management position. While we will consider full-time applicants, we are primarily seeking part-time and on-call associates. What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers on the sales floor Provide accurate product information and recommendations Operate Lightspeed POS system and handle cash/card transactions Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards Restock products and assist with inventory tasks as assigned Follow all store policies, safety guidelines, and age-verification procedures Communicate questions or issues to the MOD or store leadership Qualifications
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers Ability to remain professional when discussing adult products Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Must be
18+
and able to verify customer age per policy Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Schedule & Status
Hourly, non-exempt position Part-time and on-call availability Day, evening, and weekend shifts available Benefits
