Director, US Medical Affairs, BIC/LEN Commercialization Team Lead

* BS/BA degree with 12+ years of experience or MS/MA degree with 10+ years of experience or PhD/PharmD with 8+ years of experience or MD with 4 years of experience.* MD, DO, NP, PA, PharmD, or other advanced health care degree with 6+ years of relevant industry/clinical experience in HIV preferred* HIV experience required.* At least 3–5 years of Pharma industry experience; prior leadership or team coordination experience preferred.* Excellent verbal, written, visual communication, and interpersonal skills.* Must adhere to regulatory and legal (Business Conduct) requirements for US Medical Affairs activities.* Office-based position in Foster City, CA with ability to travel up to 25% for cross-functional meetings and conferences, including occasional weekends.* Experience in medical information, slide development, medical writing, and project/conference management.• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Ability to utilize scientific resources across a variety of settings.* Prior experience collaborating with commercial/marketing teams.* Create Inclusion - knowing the business value of diverse teams, modeling inclusion, and embedding the value of diversity in the way they manage their teams.* Develop Talent - understand the skills, experience, aspirations and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential.
