About the Role EliseAI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to help drive growth in our enterprise multi-family housing segment. In this role, you will identify, engage, and close new enterprise customers while partnering closely with Customer Success to expand and grow existing accounts. You’ll operate in a fast-moving environment with significant ownership, working directly with senior executives and helping define how EliseAI scales its enterprise sales motion.

What You’ll Do

Work with C‑Suite, VP, and Director‑level executives to drive EliseAI adoption across enterprise housing organizations

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting (with SDR support), outreach, product demos, negotiations, and expansions

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts in partnership with Customer Success

Attend industry conferences across the US to increase EliseAI’s market presence

Act as a bridge between customers and product teams to inform new features and solutions

Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing to build and refine playbooks, processes, and sales strategies

Help attract and influence top‑tier sales talent as the team continues to scale

Requirements

5+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience

Minimum annual quota of $1.2M in SaaS or net revenue in a quota‑carrying role

Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Experience managing complex enterprise sales processes, including multi‑threading and procurement

Bonus: Experience in real estate, property management, or proptech

Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week

Compensation

Base salary: $130,000

On‑target earnings (OTE): $370,000

Compensation includes base salary, commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits

Final compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, location, and qualifications assessed during the interview process
