We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and versatile Marketing/Social Media Manager to support our local grassroots and digital marketing efforts in Short Hills, Livingston, and Montclair.

The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing and inspiring a team, and handling day‑to‑day marketing activities while maintaining long‑term strategy, all under tight deadlines.

Objectives

Drive local leads into the Rumble Boxing studios.

Identify target audiences in the region and develop grassroots campaigns to inform the community and generate quality leads.

Oversee daily studio operations as needed.

Develop and execute monthly marketing plans for the region, leveraging team members from all three Rumble Boxing locations.

Coordinate with studio managers.

Evaluate grassroots marketing campaigns to understand factors affecting conversion rate.

Ensure alignment with all corporate marketing campaigns by coordinating directly with the corporate marketing office.

Work with corporate marketing vendors to target high‑quality leads.

Requirements

2+ years of professional marketing experience.

Strong managerial skills with the ability to set goals and forecast necessary resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.

Prior sales experience.

Willingness to attend and oversee grassroots marketing events and set up a portable table and aluminum‑frame canopy.

Proficiency in content creation and ability to post daily on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.

Excellent written, grammar, and verbal communication skills.

Solution‑based, results‑oriented, competitive spirit.

Proficiency in public speaking.

Any other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or related discipline).

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in productivity software such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Experience with Digital Stack.

Experience with ClubReady.
