
Position Summary
The Marketing Analytics Specialist supports the organization's marketing and communications efforts by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decision making and improve marketing effectiveness. This role partners with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations, monitor performance against goals and support continuous improvement.
The specialist helps ensure that marketing strategies are data-informed, aligned with organizational priorities, and responsive to audience needs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with program teams to develop, schedule, and implement ad campaigns to support recruitment
Develop monthly analytic reports to track program metrics, email marketing metrics, and social media metrics, with the goal of increasing engagement across our platforms.
Support advancement of JVS’s programs, events, employer partnerships, and fundraising by creating social media campaigns, building emails in Pardot, and supporting with outreach as assigned
Create graphics in Canva for social media, specifically for holidays
Support program outreach by updating program flyers and creating graduation invitations
Perform A/B testing, campaign ROI analysis, and segmentation analysis
Optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using analytical findings.
Manage Google Ads and Meta Business Suite, optimizing SEO practices, publicizing programs, events, and fundraising campaigns

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar field, or equivalent work experience
Expertise in Google Ads
Expertise in Meta Business Suite
1-2 years of work experience in the marketing field, nonprofit marketing a plus
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively
Salesforce experience required
Email marketing experience preferred, specifically in Pardot
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Suite
Exceptional writing, research and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office, Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO/SEM and back-end web design (HTML knowledge a plus).
$50 - $55 a year
