Job Summary The
Product Marketing Specialist
is responsible for translating DataHouse’s products and solutions into clear, compelling value for the market. This role works closely with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to support go-to-market execution, sales enablement, and product positioning across key industries such as Healthcare, Government, and Enterprise.
This role is hands‑on and execution‑driven: owning product messaging, materials, supporting product launches, and gathering market insights to continuously improve how DataHouse tells its product story. The Product Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in helping sales teams sell with confidence and helping customers quickly understand why DataHouse, and why now.
Think of this role as the translator between product reality and market reality, making complex things sound simple, credible, and valuable (without turning them into buzzwords).
Main Accountabilities
Own product positioning and messaging for DataHouse products and solutions (VizERP, VizHIS, VizPlatform, Data & AI platforms).
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions.
Define ICPs, buyer personas, use cases, and vertical‑specific messaging (Healthcare, Government, Education, Enterprise).
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution
Lead GTM planning for new products, modules, and major releases.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and BD teams to align launch timelines, narratives, and enablement.
Support market entry strategies for new regions (US, Philippines, APAC).
Develop sales materials: pitch decks, product one‑pagers, solution briefs, demo scripts, case studies, FAQs.
Enable Sales & BD teams with clear product knowledge and competitive talking points.
Work closely with Sales to refine messaging based on real customer feedback (what sells, what doesn’t).
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing/packaging insights.
Gather customer insights from sales calls, demos, RFPs, and implementations.
Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap and messaging.
5. Content & Thought Leadership
Create high‑impact product content for website, proposals, events, and campaigns.
Support thought leadership initiatives (webinars, whitepapers, industry events).
Ensure all product content aligns with DataHouse brand voice: credible, human, and value‑driven.
6. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
Partner with Product Managers to ensure market needs are reflected in roadmap priorities.
Support partnerships (technology partners, system integrators, industry partners) with joint value messaging.
Job Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience & Skills:
Strong proficiency in business English to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.
3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Solution Marketing.
Strong experience in enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, Healthcare IT, GovTech, or Data platforms.
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams in a matrix organization.
