Regional Group Exercise Business Director
for the YMCA of Greater Richmond. Responsibilities
The Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality, and growth of group exercise programming across assigned YMCA branches. This leadership role involves the management of instructors, coordination of class schedules, and maintenance of equipment, while promoting the mission and values of the YMCA of Greater Richmond. The Director fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment, supporting member retention and engagement through high-quality fitness experiences. Qualifications
Experience in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation is required, along with a working knowledge of budget planning, equipment management, and program assessment. A nationally recognized group exercise certification is required, and a current Les Mills certification is strongly preferred. A commitment to the YMCA\'s mission and values is vital.
