Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations to assess landscaping and hardscaping needs
Present design solutions and project estimates in a clear, confident manner
Guide clients from first contact through contract signing with professionalism and care
Follow up on company-provided leads; self-generated leads are welcomed and rewarded
Maintain a strong closing rate and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Use CRM and basic digital tools to manage client information and pipeline tracking
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales — especially in landscaping, hardscape remodeling, or construction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated, organized, and focused on results
Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and closing deals
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Basic computer skills; CRM or digital workflow tool experience a plus
Highest commission structure in San Diego County for this industry
Most current team members earn $100K+ annually
Pre-qualified inbound leads provided — warm appointments, not cold calls
Supportive, fast-moving team environment
Hands‑on training and mentorship
Products include turf, pavers, concrete, putting greens, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, patio covers, rock, DG, and more
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday standard business hours
Occasional evening or weekend flexibility for client meetings
Work Location This is an on-site, client‑facing role with no remote option
