A high-scale, developer-focused SaaS platform is hiring a
Head of Product Growth
to own and scale its product-led growth (PLG) and product-led sales (PLS) strategy across a portfolio of self-serve and enterprise products.
This is a
senior, high-impact leadership role
responsible for the full growth lifecycle—from activation and adoption through monetization and expansion. You’ll lead a cross-functional growth organization and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to connect self-serve usage with enterprise revenue.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end product growth strategy (activation, conversion, expansion, monetization)
PLG and PLS motions, including PQL and expansion frameworks
Pricing, packaging, experimentation, and in-product monetization
Growth analytics, experimentation, and executive-level reporting
Leadership of a multi-disciplinary growth team (PMs, design, analytics, lifecycle)
What We’re Looking For
15+ years in product or growth leadership, with 5+ years leading growth teams at scale
Proven ownership of growth funnels for technical or developer-focused products
Strong collaboration with engineering teams and deep understanding of developer workflows
Executive experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on GTM strategy
Background spanning both startup environments and larger, scaled organizations
Stable career progression (limited short tenures)
