About The Role SoFi is seeking an energetic, organized and resourceful Marketing Manager who can work in a fast-paced environment. Our Marketing Manager would help manage all direct mail creative development, creative asset review and performance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

B.A. with 3+ years’ experience in direct mail with 3+ years’ in a marketing, public relations, communications or business development role for a fast-paced company

Working knowledge of the end-to-end direct mail process, including creative development, production, and execution

Experience building and managing vendor relationships, including sourcing promotional items and creative production partners

Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously

Experience working directly with senior leaders or executives is a plus

Specific Tasks

Develop and oversee direct mail strategies in support of SoFi’s Small and Medium Business and Checking & Savings product lines, aligning campaigns with the products growth objectives.

Manage and coordinate with SoFi Product Marketing Managers to align direct mail campaigns with product support, awareness, and growth objectives.

Create and present clear project briefs and presentation decks to internal and external audiences (including agencies) to support direct mail initiatives.

Must be well versed in Google suite of tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc) where we manage 50+ direct mail tests / variations per month

Support the creation and review of direct mail matrices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the data and creative tests on the direct mail Roadmap.

Work closely with the Agency of Record on schedules to track key milestones (data due, release, and drop dates).

Create tracking URLs for monthly campaigns through SoFi’s internal UTM creation process

Monitor and update creative roadmap with upcoming direct mail data and creative tests

Create and maintain direct mail production sample library

Create and maintain competitive direct mail library

Conduct competitive direct mail analysis and articulate insights into direct mail strategies.

Send out monthly emails to entire marketing department on direct mail competitive trends

Manage all direct mail creative assets and all creative round reviews

Manage all compliance and legal reviews of direct mail materials before they release to the print shop

Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Pay range: $92,000 - $120,000

Payment frequency: Monthly
