Position Overview We are seeking a talented and creative

Graphic Designer

to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. This role is responsible for developing high-quality visual content that supports marketing, outreach, and educational initiatives across print and digital platforms. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in maintaining a strong and consistent visual identity while supporting organizational messaging and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual assets. This position works collaboratively with clinical, operations, and outreach teams to ensure that all materials reflect the organization’s values and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Development

Design and develop professional marketing materials for print, digital platforms, and social media

Create visually engaging graphics, layouts, presentations, and educational resources

Produce content tailored for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

Website & Brand Management

Maintain and regularly update the LBAPS website to ensure content, visuals, and branding remain current and accurate

Support and uphold the overall visual identity of LBAPS across all materials and platforms

Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and layout standards

Collaboration & Campaign Support

Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, and outreach teams to develop clear and cohesive visual materials

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community outreach

Translate internal goals and messaging into effective visual storytelling

Digital Marketing & Performance Awareness

Support digital marketing initiatives and social media growth efforts

Monitor basic social media engagement and performance metrics to help refine content strategy

Stay informed on emerging design trends, marketing best practices, and relevant digital tools

Qualifications & Requirements Design & Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Demonstrated experience maintaining and updating website content and visuals

Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across both print and digital mediums

Professional Skills

Strong attention to detail with an excellent eye for typography, color, and layout

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives and social media growth

Interest in or experience working with organizations serving children with special needs

Familiarity with branding guidelines and campaign-based design work
