Electrical Engineers and Electrical Designers

are responsible for the design, coordination, documentation, and delivery of electrical building systems for an “Anonymous Client” Sector. This includes remodels and new builds for storefront and distribution locations. Depending on experience, individuals may perform engineering calculations, prepare and review design documents, coordinate with project teams, manage tasks or projects, provide technical leadership, mentor others, and support business development activities. All team members are expected to uphold a client-centric mindset and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuously learning environment. Power Systems Design & Distribution Medium Voltage Design Emergency & Standby Power Generation Grounding Design Solar & Wind Power Design Responsibilities

Prepares design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and related documentation under supervision of experienced staff. Assists with engineering calculations, basic design tasks, and research on products, systems, and applicable codes. Supports review of shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications and participates in field verification as directed. Collaborates with experienced staff to understand client requirements and project scope, relaying client and architect questions to the design team. Supports project coordination activities, including emails, scope tracking, and schedule coordination. May participate in business development or pursuit activities under direct supervision and attend client or industry events. Fosters a client-centric mindset and communicates with clients as appropriate. Visits job sites for observation, learning, and professional development opportunities. Continuously seeks to expand knowledge and fill gaps in industry or discipline expertise. Develops proficiency in industry-standard software, including Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office products. Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering: mechanical, electrical, fire protection or architectural) and 1 year of relevant experience, or 4 years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent. Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam completion preferred. Basic proficiency in engineering design, industry codes, and standards. MEP/Construction industry experience preferred. Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam Revu. High technical aptitude and ability to learn and apply systems and processes. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering design software applicable to the discipline. Clear communication, accountability, reliability, and ethical behavior.
