Job Summary The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting corporate initiatives and assuring the brand standards are in place while leading marketing plans to showcase the division for strategic sales growth. In this role, they will coordinate, support, and communicate all ongoing regional projects as part of the corporate marketing team.
This includes assisting in promotional materials, digital applications, and service innovations in business. The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with operations teams to ensure revenue, client/consumer satisfaction, and FLIK marketing/merchandising goals are met Key Responsibilities: •
Help support operations with monthly marketing implementation, presentation needs, site visitations, and account reviews •
Coordinate regional and corporate strategic projects with the marketing team. •
Develop deep knowledge of the regional marketplace and educate unit operators in the region •
Develop innovations that continues to keep the division current and on-trend with marketing and merchandising practices and keep a competitive edge with local food retailers and corporations •
Support preparation of the monthly marketing resources and quality control standards for creative and promotional material and circulate information to the region. •
Support regional opening requirements as it relates to FOH, marketing, and communication. •
Develop marketing strategies with a strong curiosity about ever-changing marketing landscapes and service models to stay ahead on industry trends •
Report quarterly on marketing metrics and revenue-driving developments to reach YOY goals and KPI’s •
Work with operational services, IT, print and digital execution, and other vendors as necessary •
Develop templates to communicate Flik standards and initiatives that can be utilized by unit operators •
Work with corporate sales, marketing & creative services, wellness and culinary when needed for regional site tours and refreshes. •
Perform additional marketing projects as tasked, related to business development and account openings and support •
Assist the marketing department in sales development strategies and newly created digital solutions. Preferred Qualifications: •
BA or BS degree and 3-4 years of communications, marketing, operations, and/or relevant experience in the same role •
Exceptional oral and written communication skills •
Must have a keen sense of merchandising and station presentation. •
Must have strong writing skills to assist and create brand materials and voice •
Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva •
Excellent project management skills with a strong capacity to meet deadlines and client commitments •
Must be efficient in juggling several projects at the same time and communicating tasks to all stakeholders •
Must have a familiarity with social media platforms •
Experience with CRM platforms, CM, Canva, video content, and editing applications a plus. •
