Reporting directly to the executive team, this role requires a "one-person-crew" mentality, taking full ownership of the end-to-end production process for both social media and video content.In this position, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and distributing daily short-form reels and long-form YouTube content that showcases our equipment and expertise. The ideal candidate blends technical Adobe Creative Cloud mastery with a strategic understanding of SEO and social media engagement to build brand authority within a competitive B2B landscape. If you are a versatile storyteller ready to drive digital growth in the industrial sector, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Multi-Platform Content Production: Capture, edit, and publish high-quality video and photo content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, maintaining a rigorous daily output of digital assets.Field Documentation & Travel: Travel approximately 30% to various job sites, trade shows, and facilities to document "day-in-the-life" stories.Strategy & Analytics: Own the content calendar and marketing plan, leveraging platform analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize reach, interactions, and SEO performance.Brand Stewardship: Partner with executive leadership to storyboard campaigns and translate complex ideas into engaging digital stories that maintain an authoritative brand voice.Project Management: Ensure all content-from 20-second reels to weekly recaps-is produced and posted according to strict daily and weekly deadlines.
