Responsibilities

Engage actively with clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying or selling process. Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. Utilize our lead generation systems to identify and connect with potential clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities. Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated on market trends. Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with valuable insights and information. Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required; we\'re here to help you grow. Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals. Familiarity with marketing strategies and the ability to implement them for property listings. Comfortable using technology and lead generation systems to connect with potential clients. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and stay updated on market trends. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients during offers and contract negotiations.

Compensation

$115,000-$225,000 per year
