Responsibilities Customer Service Representatives are responsible for engaging with customers across multiple service channels—including inbound phone calls, email, social media, and online chat. This role requires a positive, professional presence and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Answer customer inquiries related to bank products and services via phone, email, social media, and chat.

Identify sales opportunities and recommend appropriate banking products; refer customers to sales associates as needed.

Stay current on all products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer questions related to any loan products offered by the bank.

Research accounts and use available resources to resolve customer issues.

Accurately perform customer account transactions and maintenance activities.

Strive for first-contact resolution on all inquiries and issues.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center environment.

Working knowledge of database or CRM systems

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
