$65,000 Benefits
Competitive compensation paid weekly, with a generous amount of paid time off provided. Key Responsibilities
Direct property operations and manage staff efficiently and cost-effectively. Develop and oversee the annual budget while maintaining occupancy levels. Hire, manage, motivate, and develop staff, addressing any employee relations issues. Handle new applications, re-certifications, and compliance procedures. Oversee rent collection, delinquent rents, evictions, and provide account information to the Regional Supervisor. Manage marketing, leasing activities, and maintain targeted occupancy rates. Supervise maintenance staff, repairs, preventive maintenance, and landscaping activities. Show apartments to prospective residents and ensure resident relations are upheld according to community rules. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; CAM, ARM, or similar certifications recommended. At least 1 year of property management experience. Proficient in MS Office and property management software. Strong language, math, and reasoning skills. Ability to handle physical demands as outlined in the job description. Training Requirements
Annual attendance at fair housing, section 42, and leasing classes. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Additional Responsibilities (from job description)

On-site operations and performance responsibilities as described for a specific apartment community or self storage property. Essential duties include directing operations, budgeting, occupancy maintenance, staff management, application handling, compliance, rent processes, marketing/leasing, resident relations, maintenance supervision, landscaping, budgeting collaboration with Regional Supervisor, and showing apartments. Language, Math, Reasoning & Computer Skills
Language: Ability to read, write, speak and interpret rules, procedures, routine reports/correspondence, and communicate with groups of employees and/or residents. Math: Ability to perform basic arithmetic, compare rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret basic graphs. Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems. Computer: Intermediate experience with MS Office and property management software. Training & Physical Demands
Annual attendance at fair housing, Section 42, and leasing classes; ongoing professional development. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional outdoor exposure, and vision requirements. Work Environment
