Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, in office Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating through calls and other channels, using active listening, empathy and problem-solving to address customer needs and concerns Maintain accurate customer records by entering detailed notes and verifying information in the database system to ensure service quality and continuity Collaborate with operations teams to investigate and resolve service issues, utilizing all available resources before escalation and ensuring timely, effective solutions Demonstrate professionalism and positivity by staying motivated, knowledgeable and proactive in supporting both customers and fellow associates across the organization Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a high-volume call center environment required Strong Microsoft Office and 365 skills strongly preferred Bilingual experience is a plus Ability to perform physical requirements of position and pass a physical and drug screen including marijuana (pre-employment and random)
