Experienced Lead Carpenter
Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths is a family-owned company in business since 1977. We are currently seeking an experienced carpenter to assist our service department perform maintenance on a variety of service calls. The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to multi-task during the day while being extremely detail-oriented.

What we would like from our Experienced Lead Carpenter
To have a valid Driver’s License
Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
Excellent Time Management Skills, with flexibility
Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures
Have carpentry experience (Window & Door installation experience a plus)
Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues
Comfortable with bidding on a repair (listing what needs to be done, what materials are needed, and how long they expect it to take/how many people are needed) - this is something that can be learned as you go
Comfortable with technology
Comfortable with customers - explaining clearly what needs to be done and why
Ability to determine warranty vs. non-warranty work
