As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups and more. This position goes beyond the script, giving you a key role in helping our communities.

What should I bring to the interview?

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, and new account setups.

Provide problem-solving support and act as a trusted resource for customers, going beyond scripts to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute

Technical Proficiency: Ability to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with the customer; intermediate/advanced technical proficiency

Availability: Open availability 7 days a week

Pay Expectation: On-site CSR pay rates start at $13/hr during training

Site Requirements

Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily

Live within 50 miles of the physical location in Athens, GA (Homewood Shopping Center 2411 Jefferson Rd Suite A Athens, GA 30607)

Extroverted, collaborative, and comfortable with social interaction, in-person mentoring, and opportunities for growth
