Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Participate in community events and networking opportunities to enhance agency visibility
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Ability obtain necessary insurance licenses for property, casualty, life and health.
Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new technologies
