51570794**Job Description:**DXC Technology is looking for **Insurance** **Business Developer** with a strong track record in the industry and an already established network of relationships within major insurance groups.You will drive new business initiatives, expand our footprint across top-tier insurers and collaborate with our delivery and solution teams to shape high‑value transformation programs. Your existing network will be essential in identifying opportunities, opening doors and building long-standing strategic relationships.**Responsibilities:*** Leverage your existing network of C‑level in large insurance companies to generate new business opportunities.* Build and nurture trusted relationships with executives across IT and Business.* Work with internal teams to craft tailored proposals, value propositions and RFP responses.* Lead new opportunity pipelines: Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.* Drive the full origination cycle: generate opportunities that drive sales acceptance* Strategic market analysis: analyze industry and competitive trends to proactively identify prospects.**Requirement:*** Established network of relationships within major insurance groups* Significant experience and solid insurance industry background. Proven success in building qualified new business pipeline.* Track record in pipeline conversion in sold contracts* Negotiation & deal structuring: strong commercial instinct and hunting attitude.At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
