You track materials, keep meticulous run records, and jump on routine maintenance so the press stays production-ready.
What you'll own
Set up and operate digital printing presses to deliver a range of printed materials.
Monitor print quality continuously and make precise adjustments to maintain standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
Partner with design and production to hit exact specifications and deadlines.
Document production runs, materials usage, and issues accurately.
Follow and promote safety and quality protocols throughout the process.
What helps you succeed
Machine Operator experience (3–6+ months preferred).
Background as a Digital Press Operator or similar is a plus, not a requirement.
Exceptional attention to detail with a drive for print quality.
Comfort diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
Collaborative approach and steady pace in a fast-moving environment.
Clear communication and a positive, team-first mindset.
Core skills
Shop math proficiency
Basic computer skills
Schedule and pay note Additional Pay Applies For 2nd And 3rd Shifts.
Base pay does not include the shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.
