Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Edina, MN. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers in resolving account or order-related issues, providing solutions to enhance customer experiences, and maintaining a high standard of service excellence in alignment with company values and goals.
Qualifications
Proven abilities and experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives roles
Strong knowledge and skills in fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize work efficiently, and address customer concerns in a timely manner
Proficiency with customer relationship management tools and technology
A commitment to maintaining a positive, solution-focused attitude
Previous experience in the incentives or recognition industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
