We're a local, team-based dog walking and dog hiking company built on reliability, compassion, and truly knowing our clients and their pets. We don't do rushed visits or revolving-door caregivers. We provide consistent, thoughtful care that pet parents rely on every single week.

What Youfll Do No two days are the same, but every day matters.

Walk dogs through neighborhoods, beaches, and trails across the shoreline

Provide enriching dog walks and small-group hikes

Care for cats in their homes including feeding, litter, play, and medication

Send visit updates and photos so pet parents feel connected and at ease

Provide vacation care visits when families travel

Where Wefre Hiring We provide care throughout

Essex, Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, Westbrook, Clinton, Madison, Deep River, Chester, Haddam, Higganum, East Lyme, Niantic, Waterford, Groton, and New London . You must live within or very close to these areas.

Hours & Growth

Start with part-time weekday routes. Most visits take place Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM, with some evenings, weekends, and overnights available for those who want extra hours.

Primary need: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 AM-1 PM

Priority for consistent weekday availability

$17-$23 per hour + tips

Mileage reimbursement

Paid Time Off (1 hour per 30 hours worked)

Who You Are You're someone who:

Loves animals and treats them with patience and care

Is dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented

Enjoys being outdoors in all seasons

Is comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, including strong breeds (90+ lbs)

Has a reliable car, smartphone with data, and can pass a background check
