In this role, you’ll make a direct impact on aircraft safety and maintenance while growing professionally with industry pioneers. Responsibilities

Perform daily maintenance and inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Communicate with the Lead Mechanic on any schedule changes or unusual circumstances. Manage maintenance at field bases, including parts inventory and ordering. Certify all maintenance complies with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Maintain accurate records in RAMCO, including work packages and aircraft status. Collaborate closely with the Lead Mechanic and AMBS for timely task completion. Protect company tools and ensure proper calibration. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements

High School diploma. FAA Mechanic Certificate (Airframe & Powerplant). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Certified Mechanic. Strong communication and basic computer skills. Ability to pass a pre-placement physical, functional capacity test, drug screen, and background check. For Roving Maintenance Team Mechanics: skills in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting. Based in Mississippi with the ability to travel to multiple maintenance sites, including night shifts as needed. Benefits & Perks
