We currently have an opportunity for a Leasing Professional for our community in Ann Arbor, 618 South Main Apartments. The Leasing professional is the face of our company and property, often the first point of contact for prospective residents. This position allows you to build relationships with prospective residents and show them why they should select our property as their home. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and to provide a positive customer experience. We will pay up to $25/hr. plus commission pending experience.
Responsibilities
Gain an understanding of potential resident needs and provide information as to which of our apartments best fit those needs.
Check curb appeal and apartments each morning to ensure we are ready to tour and demonstrate our product offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow-up on prospect internet and phone leads to try to set appointments
Tour and close the prospect
Process applications, preparation of lease packages & renewals
Conduct move-in orientation and ensure all move-in requirements are met to ensure a positive customer experience.
Marketing and Social Media management for the community
Leasing Commissions
Qualifications
Previous sales and customer service experience is required; experience within the apartment industry is required
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and have a high level professionalism
Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents
Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work well in a team setting
Previous knowledge of Yardi property management software is preferred.
Weekend work required
