We invest in your success from day one. You will participate in our best‑in‑class remote training program. The New Colleague Training (NCT) program is a paid, highly interactive experience. While in NCT, you’ll have support from colleagues, coaching from your Training Manager, and daily connection in a virtual classroom. NCT combines group instruction with autonomy to thrive on your own.
Your wellbeing is a priority. After graduating from NCT, you will have the option to work from home or in a hybrid model, with ongoing support from your Manager and team while you work autonomously and safely from home.
What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on both the Candidate and the Client. You will manage both sides of the desk while helping Clients and Candidates Thrive.
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life‑cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. In this role, you will need a sense of urgency while focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with the right organizations and careers. About you
Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience in lieu of a degree
High adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Technically savvy and interested in learning and implementing new technology

Driven and thriving in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 – $70,000, plus incentive compensation based on the compensation plan. Salary ranges vary by location, as outlined in the original posting.
Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and retirement options. Paid time off includes PTO, holidays, a community service day, and parental leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date.
