Job Summary Create engaging designs according to requirements, and bring them to the finish line by turning them into coded pages. You will work under the supervision of the Creative Director/UX Lead.

Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and concepts

Use techniques to create wireframes, layouts and prototypes

Produce final design solutions (logos, banners, interfaces)

Pitch creative ideas

Collaborate with team members to launch projects

Take on special design tasks (e.g., color correction, print materials)

Incorporate feedback from other designers to improve

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience with design software (Figma, Sketch, Marvel, InVision) and graphics editing tools (Affinity Photo/Designer, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Familiarity with front-end development concepts; ability to understand HTML/CSS for real-world implementation

Understanding of responsive design, accessibility basics, and how design decisions affect usability and conversion

Willingness to learn, collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams

Ability to turn complex product information into clean, intuitive digital experiences

Teamwork, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving aptitude

Experience with HTML, CSS; JavaScript and jQuery a plus

Minimum Requirements

4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree

Bachelor’s in Design and/or Computer Science or related field

2–4 years of experience as a designer/developer

Job Compensation $58,565+ base, depending on experience, plus bonus/incentive compensation
