About Sent

Sent is a unified messaging API that intelligently routes messages across SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, and other channels, automatically identifying which channel a consumer prefers to reduce messaging costs by 90% while enabling global reach. Recently closed $5.1M Seed round backed by Companyon Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, UIF, and CEAS Investments. We're scaling rapidly to enable the next generation of business messaging. About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and launch execution for Sent’s messaging API and platform features. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and developer experience to make sure our customers understand what we’re building, how it works, and why it matters. Sent is a developer-first messaging platform that unifies channels like SMS, WhatsApp, iMessage, and RCS behind a single API. We help teams deliver messages reliably, understand performance, and manage routing and compliance in one place. Product Marketing ensures that customers clearly understand what we’ve built, why it matters, and how to use it effectively. In this role, you will…

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

Own product positioning and messaging, keeping it consistent across website, docs, and sales materials.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand trends, alternatives, and where Sent fits.

Lead product launches end-to-end, coordinating timing, messaging, assets, and internal alignment.

Build sales enablement tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, feature briefs, battlecards, and competitive comparisons.

Create and maintain marketing collateral for website, docs, and campaigns.

Work closely with GTM teams to ensure they are trained, informed, and equipped for new releases.

Track performance metrics - adoption, usage, campaign ROI, revenue impact - and report insights to leadership.

Analyze customer behavior, use cases, and product usage to provide customer and product insights that shape roadmap and strategy.

Partner with product and engineering to ensure messaging stays accurate as features evolve.

You’ll be a great fit if you…

Have 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with SaaS, APIs, or infrastructure tools.

Can communicate technical concepts clearly without oversimplifying or adding fluff.

Are strong at structuring GTM plans, writing positioning, and organizing cross-functional launches.

Know how to create materials that sales and product teams actually rely on.

Are comfortable analyzing product metrics, customer behavior, and competitor movement.

Can operate independently and prioritize well in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

Experience in CPaaS, messaging, telecom, or developer tools.

Familiarity with usage-based pricing and how to communicate economics clearly.

Ability to read API docs or understand how developers evaluate technical products.

Experience producing written content for technical audiences.
