Greeting and assisting clients and patients promptly with a warm and welcoming tone in a busy and fast paced environment. Answer and return a high volume of phone calls in a prompt and timely manner. Scheduling appointments in accordance with company policy. Patient check in, patient discharge while ensuring owners have all their questions addressed. Qualifications
Excellent communication skills Computer aptitude Answering phones and making phone calls Be able to use a credit card processor Be able to quickly our practice management system to schedule appointments and perform patient check ins, invoicing, payment processing, and client communication as well as review client/patient information How to apply
