
Overview
We are looking for a mature, hard-working individual who is committed and can be depended upon to work a full-time fixed-schedule shift each week. Motorcycle, ATV, or Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Responsibilities
Assist customers with their motorcycle/ATV parts questions and needs, either in person or via the telephone or email. Handle cash and other purchasing transactions, and count the cash drawer at the end of the shift. Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up-to-date parts information. Effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times Help put up stock orders each day. Help restock shelves and keep the store clean. Ability to make and follow up on service tickets for customers. Ability to make and follow up on parts order tickets. Do end-of-month report(s) for the store. Qualifications
Prior automotive or powersports background or knowledge, ASE Certification is not necessary, but is a plus. General knowledge of how to look up parts will be necessary. Ability to work a fixed weekly schedule that may include closing (until 5 pm) and occasional minor holidays. Must enjoy working with people in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Must have a Valid Driver's License. Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to work on time. Must be able to lift 60 lbs without assistance & bend, twist, squat, climb, push, and pull. Must be able to stand on your feet and/or walk for most of the shift.
