Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to our existing residents and serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home.
Conduct tours of the property and follow up on all leads.
Process rental applications and complete required paperwork.
Maintain resident and property files.
Answer incoming phone calls/emails/texts and respond accordingly.
Develop a knowledge of properties and local market conditions and trends.
Participate in resident social events and activities.
Conduct move-out inspections.
Physically inspect the community, pick up litter and report service needs.
Perform all duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

The hours are 8:00 am-5:00 pm M-F and 10am-3pm every other Saturday during the leasing season, with time off during the week to compensate for weekend hours.
