Summary of Position Serve as the guest’s first and final impression of the property by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.
Responsibilities
Provide warm and professional greeting to guests and anticipate their needs before they arise.
Escort all guests to their accommodations, assisting with their luggage as required. Inform guests about all property and guest room features, facilities and emergency procedures
Ensure public areas and departmental equipment are clean and presentable at all times
Provide assistance to other departments including, but not limited to, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry as needed
Complete minor maintenance tasks
Share knowledge of the Park and surrounding area with guests
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
Impeccable grooming standards. Should be clean cut and dressed in the appropriate uniform, which should be clean and pressed
Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles
Majority of shift will be spent on feet; must be able to safely lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required.
Knowledge and Experience Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 1 (one) year front of house experience
National Park/Resort experience preferred
Rental housing available, double occupancy.
