Seeking Full‑Time Employment Specialist

Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect evidence‑based Supported Employment services to eligible adults with severe and persistent mental illness and their families.
Engage in job development activities, including community outreach and education to existing and prospective employers.
Conduct accurate vocational assessments and develop coherent employment plans aligned with client goals.
Document all client contacts, perform periodic chart reviews, and update treatment plans in a timely manner.
Preserve client dignity and cultivate a natural support system involving family, coworkers, friends, neighbors, and community organizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of human behavior, mental illness, psychiatric rehabilitation, treatment and recovery, family systems, and relevant health and social care systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
CPR and First Aid training is recommended.
