is seeking a full-time Personal Banker to join the team at our
Washington, UT
branch. The role provides exceptional service and helps improve customers\' financial lives by cross-selling products and services and producing loans. The schedule falls within branch hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Are you driven and innovative? Benefits
We offer a competitive base wage starting at
$20 / hour , depending on experience, and a generous incentive pay structure. A Day in the Personal Banker
As a Personal Banker, you generate consumer loans that benefit customers\' lives. You build lasting relationships through superb customer service. You open new accounts, take loan applications, and disburse loan applications for customers. You cross-sell credit union products and services that meet customers\' needs and improve their financial well-being. Each month, you strive to meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals. Your universal Personal Banker completes transactions for deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances. You may interact with customers over the phone in addition to in person. You provide exceptional customer experiences in every interaction. You participate in individual and credit union training. You enjoy working in an upbeat, fast-paced environment to help customers achieve their financial goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years old or older; customer service and financial services experience; experience in consumer lending; cash handling experience.
