POSITION SUMMARY Assist department personnel in completing daily loan servicing duties including processing, updating, filing and maintenance of any incoming documentation pertaining to all bank loans. Provide customer assistance; to both customers and FFBT staff.
DUTIES
Distribute interoffice mail
Scanning-remove specific documents from post-scanning packages and organize
Implement account maintenance and changes on loans and corresponding notes
Maintain new note log
Financial Statement tickler updates
Process Credit Life & Disability Insurance transactions
Update & maintain participation wire spreadsheet
Process AgriAccess transactions
Balance General Ledger Accounts, daily
Assist with projects and reports
Perform other duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS/QUALIFICATIONS
Responsible to Loan Servicing Manager for the fulfillment of functions assigned
Will have contact with customers and FFBT staff on a regular basis
Accuracy and attention to detail is required
Strong communication and phone skills, confidentiality and basic computer skills are desired
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment
Extended viewing of computer screens
Repetitive hand and arm movement
Moderate lifting up to 25 pounds
