VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Customer Service Position for a leading organization in Rio Rancho.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will:
Provide customer service via telephone, both in and outbound calls.
Perform contract review.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks and duties.
Perform data analysis.
Process and maintain customer orders.
Perform technical problem solving.
To be considered for this customer service position, you must meet the following requirements:
3 years' experience with customer interaction.
Strong organizational skills.
Detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite, particularly proficient in Excel.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self Starter.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am- 4:30pm.
Pay is $16.00 per hour.
