JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for supporting the Government Services department in the areas of contract administration and operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing multiple contract refresh submissions, overseeing the execution of annual contract deliverables, relationship building with DLC personnel and supporting internal operations. In addition, they are responsible for upholding the values and culture of the department through positivity and teamwork. The ability to hold themselves and others across the company responsible for meeting deadlines is essential to being successful in this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and execute formal submissions for 2 active VA contracts; including 6 month refreshes and all ongoing deliverables

Serve as owner of Microsoft Planner to manage all contract deliverables

Manage subject matter expert assignments and updates across the company

Ensure deliverable guidelines are updated with any contract modifications as needed

Assign due dates as appropriate for each submission (March 1, September 1)

Hold self and cross-functional team members accountable for completion of deliverables

Review, refine, and compile all deliverables for submission to the VA contracting officers

Manage annual contract deliverables for both VA contracts owned specifically by the person in this position

Maintain Starkey's entity registration with System for Award management (SAM)

Coordinate with leadership to write Starkey's response to annual CPARS evaluation

Manage assignment, completion, and record-keeping of designated Starkey employees for multiple TMS trainings

Partner with Human Resources on the assignment, completion, and record-keeping of designated Starkey employees for required Ethics trainings

Maintain and communicate Contractor Points of Contact with the VA Contracting Officer

Ensure Starkey's Certificate of Liability Insurance is current and shared with the Sales Team

Ensure all contract requirements are being met and address concerns immediately with appropriate departments to maintain compliance

Serve as a primary liaison with contracting representatives at DLC to ensure compliance with contract specifications

Actively connect with our VA contracting officer to maintain a healthy working relationship

Quickly respond to all communication from DLC in a professional and accurate manner

Act as an internal resource to other departments when the Government perspective is needed

Initiate improvements to internal processes and procedures to enhance Government Services business

Provide support to your team, department, internal and external customers by emulating the '1] first, self-second' mentality

Proactively acquire new knowledge and skills through company training and resources

Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification)

High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job)

3 years technical administrative, project, or contract management experience preferred

Ability to comprehend technical product knowledge

Strong computer foundation with ability to multi-task between numerous applications

Microsoft Office (not limited to Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Word, OneDrive)

Power Bi, Salesforce, Oracle

Professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and communication

Ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion

Strength in time management, organizing and prioritizing workload

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good problem-solving skills and ability to react positively to change required

Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $64,680.00-$84,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
