The Opportunity:
We are hiring an
In-House Recruiter
to join Monarch’s
Talent Acquisition team , a high-performing group responsible for keeping
2,400+ positions staffed nationwide . This role is far more than transactional recruiting, you’ll be a
trusted partner, advisor, and mentor
to hiring managers in the ST. Louis market.
You will support hiring for on-site roles at Monarch-owned communities, helping leaders attract, select, and retain top talent in competitive markets.
This position is based in
Affton, MO and will office out of The Villages at General Grant. This is not a remote or work from home role .
What You’ll Do:
As an In-House Recruiter, you will:
Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and build effective job search strategies
Implement approved recruitment plans from sourcing through offer
Write, edit, and customize compelling job postings using Monarch templates and original thought that matches the culture of the region.
Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and in-person outreach
Screen, interview, and present top talent to hiring leaders
Manage all recruiting activity within Monarch’s ATS (Jobvite)
Participate in career fairs, trade school events, and local outreach initiatives
This is a role for someone who enjoys
owning the full recruiting lifecycle
and making a measurable impact.

4+ years of experience
in recruiting, sales, HR, marketing, or a related field
Strong writing skills and the ability to craft clear, compelling content
