271117Las Vegas, Nevada**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a critical role in driving data-backed insights, reporting, and analytical capabilities across our North American portfolio. This position partners closely with property stakeholders and the Center of Excellence (COE) to turn complex data into clear, actionable stories that influence marketing strategy, optimize spend, and improve customer outcomes.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Drive advanced analytics, insights, and reporting to support marketing programs and customer initiatives across multiple properties* Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and clearly communicate findings to non-technical audiences* Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior, campaign performance, A/B testing, and marketing effectiveness* Partner with key stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations that improve allocation of marketing dollars and prioritize high-impact initiatives* Continually evolve analytical tools, methodologies, and capabilities to support the analytics roadmap* Support the Director of Analytics by helping communicate insights and recommended approaches to senior leadership* Anticipate future customer and business needs through proactive analysis and critical thinking* Serve as a key liaison between analytics, marketing, and information management teams**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Bachelor’s degree or higher required* 2+ years of prior relevant experience* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Advanced SQL and PowerBI skills* Experience in casino, gaming, or hospitality marketing environments preferred but not required* Comfortable supporting or influencing senior-level stakeholders* Familiarity with change management concepts and implementation* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to turn data into actionable stories* Proven ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and professionalism**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Prioritize your wellness, access programs crafted to nurture your mental and physical health.* Enjoy unbeatable discounts on hotel stays, dining, retail, entertainment, and exclusive partner perks for travel, tech, and beyond!* Savor delicious meals for free in our employee dining room.* Park with ease—whether you're on or off shift, it's free!* From healthcare to financial support and generous time-off options, we’ve got you covered.* Elevate your career with development programs, connect through networking events, and make a difference with community volunteer opportunities.**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:**Are you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**At MGM Resorts, we exist to entertain the human race and provide an unforgettable escape.
