We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
Communication Manager
to support a high-impact transformation initiative within a global, highly matrixed corporate environment. This role will work closely with the client's Transformation Office to plan, create, and deliver communications that engage stakeholders, align leadership, and drive change adoption. Key Responsibilities
Change Communications Planning & Implementation
Develop and execute a comprehensive change communications strategy aligned with the transformation program's phases. Create cohesive messaging that ties to the client's overall purpose and strategy. Identify and highlight key milestones to unify communication across workstreams. Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously optimize plans. Stakeholder Engagement
Design a stakeholder engagement strategy that addresses various workstreams and parallel interventions. Execute timely engagement activities across all major project milestones. Track stakeholder engagement effectiveness and adapt strategies as needed. Writing & Messaging
Craft compelling program messaging, including the case for change, proof points, and business impacts. Develop content that contextualizes transformation efforts within broader business goals. Translate complex change initiatives into clear, engaging, and action-oriented communications. Deliverables & Program Updates
Change communication strategy and implementation plans Stakeholder engagement plans and tracking Program messaging and communication content Leadership alignment and cascade communications support Reports on communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement Identification of areas requiring adjustment or additional focus Core Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in communications (agency, consulting, corporate, or internal communications) Exceptional writing, proofing, and editing skills; adept at executive tone and concise storytelling. Strong project management skills, juggling multiple deliverables efficiently. Comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and adapting communication styles as needed. Strong attention to detail, format, and quality control. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience driving engagement and adoption through communications. Exposure to executive communications and leadership visibility. Experience scripting for video or live events. Familiarity with internal communications toolkits and channel strategies. Experience with change communications or transformation work.
