Responsibilities

Plan and support a consistent content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create short-form video clips, image posts, carousels, and written captions that highlight studio projects, behind-the-scenes process, and educational themes. Collaborate with directors, artists, and production mentors to translate works-in-progress into engaging social content. Edit and optimize content for each platform using appropriate formats, hooks, hashtags, and basic analytics. Monitor comments and messages to help build a positive, engaged community and flag important feedback or inquiries. Attend scheduled feedback sessions and implement revisions to improve clarity, visual quality, and audience impact. Maintain organized content assets, file naming, and version control in shared drives or project management tools. Requirements

Familiarity with at least one major social platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn) and an interest in content trends. Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Canva, or similar). Strong sense of visual storytelling, writing clarity, and audience awareness. Ability to take direction constructively and work both independently and within a small creative team. Enrollment in a program that allows credit-based or supervised internship participation (or OPT eligibility). Portfolio, reel, or sample social posts demonstrating visual or written content (class projects, personal work, or previous internships are welcome). Experience planning and supporting a content calendar across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) would be a plus.
