Job Description We’relooking for awriterto help develop content for one of our largest B2C and B2B technology clients. This work will be .COM & CRM focused with time split across both channels. Writers at Razorfish are creative, strategic, anddetail orientedthinkers who translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, digestiblestories.You’llwork closely with content strategists,UX & visualdesigners,andSEOpartners tocreate content that supports businessobjectivesand enhances the overall site/emailcampaignexperience.
Responsibilities A Typical Day Could Look Like…
Writing and editing website content,includingshort and long form marketing landing pages andemailcampaign content
Developing content based on SEO recommendations, product launches, and data insights
Collaborating with designers to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly
Partnering with strategists and PMs to align content with user journeys and business goals
Iterating on copy based on internal and client feedback
Reviewing and refining content for clarity, tone, accuracy, and brand voice
Incorporating copy into .COM templates andCRMworkflows
Participating in internal content reviews, QA, and launch readiness
Staying current on technology trends, consumer behavior, and digital best practices
Shifting between the mindset of a writer, editor, information architect, and user advocate
Qualifications The Ideal Candidate Has…
1-2+years of experience (level dependent) writingCRMand/or website contentfor branded digital experiences
Strong longform writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Experience writing for.COM environments, including product pages, UXadjacent copy, or content hubs
Working knowledge ofSEO fundamentalsand how they influence content structure and performance
Interest in and curiosity aboutconsumer and B2B technology
Comfort working within templates, and structured content systems
Some familiarity withgeneral home electronics/entertainmentor hardware technology is a plus (not required); willingness to learn is essential
Excellent grammar and attention to detail
A collaborative, proactive, andsolutions-orientedmindset
Ability to balance creativity with clarity, usability, and consistency

Compensation Range: $53,200.00 - $70,560.00 anual. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
