We’re currently hiring for the following Director-level roles:
Back of House Director (Bilingual required — English/Spanish)
Training Director (MUST have previous Chick-fil-A experience)
Front of House Director
Your Impact
Lead and develop high-performing teams — inspire excellence and coach future leaders.
Drive operational performance — uphold Chick-fil-A’s standards of food quality, speed, and hospitality.
Collaborate across departments — work closely with other Directors and the Operator to achieve shared goals.

Foster a thriving culture — create an environment where safety, teamwork, and service are top priorities.
Background Profile
1+ year of Leadership experience
Hospitality experience (preferred)
Strong people development and coaching skills
Proven ability to manage performance and achieve results
Passion for Chick-fil-A\'s values
For the Back of House Director role: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
For the Training Director role: Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience
