Chick-fil-A Argyle is seeking talented leaders to join our team in our internal Leadership in Training Program — overseeing key areas of our restaurant operations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity designed to provide a meaningful career path with growth, development, and influence.

We’re currently hiring for the following Director-level roles:

Back of House Director (Bilingual required — English/Spanish)

Training Director (MUST have previous Chick-fil-A experience)

Front of House Director

Background Profile

1+ year of Leadership experience

Hospitality experience (preferred)

Strong people development and coaching skills

Proven ability to manage performance and achieve results

Passion for Chick-fil-A\'s values

For the Back of House Director role: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

For the Training Director role: Must have previous Chick-fil-A experience
