A-Team Home Services is seeking a proven Sales Team Builder to design, launch, and scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up. This role owns the entire sales build-out—recruiting, training, systems, accountability, and performance. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will not inherit a finished team—you will create one. Key Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, and help hire sales representatives Design and implement a repeatable in-home sales process Build onboarding, training, and coaching systems Establish KPIs (close rate, average ticket, consistency, follow-ups) Create scripts, pricing presentation standards, and objection handling frameworks Conduct ride-alongs, audits, and performance reviews Develop commission structures and incentive plans (in coordination with ownership) Hold sales reps accountable to performance and quality standards Scale the team as demand increases Required Qualifications

Proven experience building and scaling sales teams Strong background in in-home or field sales Experience hiring, training, and managing commission-based sales reps Ability to create structure in fast-moving environments Comfortable being accountable for results, not just activity Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience

Home services (HVAC, insulation, roofing, solar, remodeling) Startups or growing companies Creating sales teams from zero to scale CRM or sales process design Compensation

Performance-based
