Responsibilities
Meet and grow our service business by promoting the value of services to customers. As an individual contributor, be a solution expert, work closely with Sales teams and drive opportunities to develop and grow the service business in partnership. Drive service growth in RSINDIA by generating opportunities to grow service sales for Test & Measurement products; maximize service agreements contract; attach rate at point of instrument sales; optimize contract conversion after warranty and renewals. Enable the sales force by crafting customer-specific / customized service proposals and promoting at strategic & key accounts. Promote service offerings internally (Sales teams) and externally (customers); coach and ensure ownership of service offering by sales teams. Educate, motivate and empower salespeople in RSINDIA on value proposition of service through regular training and updates. Build and promote customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Develop with Marketing team campaigns & promotional activities to increase brand equity.
