Ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Proven sales management experience within a used vehicle dealership is a must.
Strong financial understanding and experience, including deal structuring, inventory management, and profit optimization.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for the automotive industry and a deep understanding of used vehicle sales cycles.
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
