We are seeking an HCM Sales Executive for Emerging Market clients to drive business growth through technical services, products, and systems. Responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with existing clients while strategically identifying and engaging potential customers through visits and calls. You will showcase PrimePay’s innovative products, deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations. Location: Bradenton, Florida (hybrid) • Type: Full Time • Experience: Intermediate or Experienced • Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 a year Responsibilities
Sell technical services, products, and systems to meet and exceed sales targets Focus on new logos generated through cold calling/prospecting and COI relationships Identify and engage potential new customers through strategic visits and calls Create and conduct technical presentations and demos to showcase current and future products Utilize technical expertise to understand and gather customer requirements, prepare specifications, and generate quotes Address technical objections and concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle Partner with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements Share insights from customer interactions to contribute to product improvement Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of relevant experience selling in the HCM industry or technical sales Ability to prospect for new logos using CRM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce) and presentation tools Experience managing COI relationships and developing new ones to foster long-term customer relationships Proficient cold calling techniques and persuasive communication Ability to identify and acquire new customers through targeted strategies Experience in inside and outside sales, including remote and face-to-face interactions Skilled in creating and delivering dynamic product demonstrations Strategic prospecting skills to identify and qualify leads Ability to prepare accurate quotations based on requirements and pricing strategies Comfort with a compensation structure that includes base salary plus uncapped commission Access to training, career advancement, leadership development Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, FSA, life insurance and STD/LTD Benefits & Perks

PrimePay is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ProfitKeeper to transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive profitability, performance, and brand growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather, normalize, and interpret financial, payroll, POS, and workforce data. Responsibilities include defining business requirements, designing dashboards, benchmarking performance, and recommending best practices. This role involves shaping data organization and reporting needs on the ProfitKeeper platform to support standard and custom reporting. Essential job functions: business requirements definition, agile requirements (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria), data analysis, data extraction, process improvement, applications development support, and operations support. You will lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with Operations, Product, Finance, and Technology teams. Training, bug-fix facilitation, QA support, and customer engagement are included. Required skills: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or 5-7+ years of relevant experience, 5+ years in analytics/BI/financial reporting, 7-10 years of BA experience, Agile experience, SQL experience, BI and data warehousing familiarity, strong Excel/Office proficiency, Power BI, and customer-focused communication skills.
